| 试验研究1870dtex/3V1锦纶6浸胶帘布在12.00-24工程机械轮胎胎体中的应用。结果表明，与1870dtex/2V1锦纶6浸胶帘布相比，轮胎胎体采用1870dtex/3V1锦纶6浸胶帘布，通过调整施工设计，可提高成品轮胎的安全倍数、强度性能及耐久性能，降低原材料成本，减少轮胎退赔率。 |

| Application of 1870dtex/3V1 nylon 6 cord in 12.00-24 OTR tire was investigated.The results showed that,compared with 1870dtex/2V1 nylon 6 cord,by using 1870dtex/3V1 nylon 6 cord in carcass and adjusting construction design,the safety factor,strength and endurance of finished tire were improved,the material cost was decreased,and the ratio of returned tire was reduced. |
