      介绍33.25-35 38PR(L-3)巨型宽基无内胎工程机械斜交轮胎的设计情况。结构设计：外直径　2 222 mm，断面宽　800 mm，行驶面宽度　740 mm，胎圈着合直径　882 mm，胎圈着合宽度　685 mm，花纹深度　43 mm，花纹饱和度　65%。施工设计：胎体采用20层1400dtex/3锦纶66浸胶帘布，缓冲层采用4层1400dtex/2锦纶66浸胶帘布；采用半芯轮式成型机成型，胶囊硫化罐硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明，轮胎充气外缘尺寸和物理性能分别达到设计和国家标准要求。
英文摘要:
      A design of 33.25-35 38PR (L-3) giant wide-base tubeless OTR bias tire was described.In structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter　2 222 mm，cross sectional width　800 mm，width of running surface　740 mm，bead diameter at rim seat　882 mm，bead width at rim seat　685 mm，pattern depth　43 mm，block/groove ratio　65%.In construction design，the following processes were taken：20 layers 1400dtex/3 nylon 66 cord for carcass ply，4 layers 1400dtex/2 nylon 66 cord for breaker ply；using semi-flat building drum to build tire，and capsule autoclave for tires vulcanization.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that，the inflated overall dimension and physical properties of finished tire met the design requirements and national standard.
