| 研究低铜镀层2+7×0.25HT钢丝帘线在轻型载重子午线轮胎带束层中的应用。结果表明，低铜镀层2+7×0.25HT钢丝帘线的初始粘合性能与高铜镀层钢丝帘线相近，而老化后的粘合性能提高。将低铜镀层2+7×0.25HT钢丝帘线应用于轻型载重子午线轮胎带束层，生产工艺稳定，带束层粘合性能良好，成品轮胎各项性能达到企业标准要求。 |

| The application of low brass-plated 2+7×0.25HT steel cord in belt of LTR tire was investigated.The results showed that，the initial adhesion property of low brass-plated 2+7×0.25HT steel cord was similar to that of high brass-plated 2+7×0.25HT steel cord，but the adhesion property after aging improved.The processibility and adhesion property of belt were good，and the finished tire met the enterprise criteria by using low brass-plated 2+7×0.25HT steel cord. |
