| 研究抗疲劳剂PL-600在23.5-25工程机械斜交轮胎内层帘布胶中的应用。结果表明，PL-600的理化分析结果符合企业标准；PL-600对胶料硫化起到促进作用。与生产配方相比，试验配方胶料的邵尔A型硬度、300%定伸应力和老化后的H抽出力增大，其它性能相差不大。成品轮胎的帘布层间粘合强度增大，耐久性能明显提高。 |

| The application of anti fatigue agent PL-600 in inner carcass ply compound of 23.5-25 OTR bias tire was investigated.The results showed that，the physical and chemical analysis results of PL-600 met the requirement of the enterprise standard；the vulcanization of rubber compound was accelerated by PL-600.Compared with the compounds from present production，the Shore A hardness，modulus at 300% and aged H pull out of test formula compound were improved，the other properties were similar.The adhesion strength between the carcass ply of the finished tire was increased，and the endurance was significantly improved. |
