| 研究国产不溶性硫黄OT-20在全钢载重子午线轮胎带束层胶和过渡层胶中的应用，并与进口同类产品进行对比。试验结果表明，在全钢载重子午线轮胎带束层胶和过渡层胶中加入国产不溶性硫黄OT-20，胶料的高温稳定性、工艺稳定性和分散性以及硫化胶的物理性能均与加入进口同类产品相当，成品轮胎的耐久性能达到国家标准要求，同时可降低胶料成本。 |

| The application of domestic insoluble sulfur OT-20 in the belt compound and transition layer compound in TBR tire was investigated.The results showed that，by adding domestic OT-20 in the belt compound and transition layer compound in TBR tire，the high temperature stability，process stability and dispersity of compound，the physical properties of vulcanizate were similar to those by using imported OT-20，the endurance of finished tire met the requirements of national standards，and the cost of compound was reduced. |
