      采用哈尔滨工业大学复合材料与结构研究所开发的轮胎专用有限元分析软件TYSYS对10.00R20 18PR规格全钢载重子午线轮胎不同胎圈包布宽度进行有限元分析对比,以优化施工设计,并采用室内轮胎成品性能试验和实际里程试验验证计算结果。结果表明,该规格轮胎胎圈包布宽度为130 mm较理想。
英文摘要:
      In order to optimize the construction design,different bead chafer widths of the 10.00R20 18PR TBR tire were comparatively analyzed by TYSYS finite element analysis software programmed by Harbin Institute of Technology.The simulation results were proved by indoor and outdoor tests of tire,and the optimized bead chafer width of 10.00R20 18PR TBR tire was 130 mm.
