| The application of 0.25+6+12×0.225HT steel cord in carcass ply of TBR tire was experimentally investigated.The results showed that compared to the 3+9+15×0.22+0.15 steel cord，the 0.25+6+12×0.225HT steel cord possessed larger diameter of filament，better fatigue property and wear resistance；by replacing 3+9+15×0.22+0.15 steel cord with 0.25+6+12×0.225HT steel cord in the carcass ply of TBR tire，the endurance and high speed performance of finished tire was improved，and the tire weight and production cost were reduced. |
