      试验研究粘合树脂PN759等量替代预分散间苯二酚在半钢子午线轮胎带束层胶中的应用效果。结果表明,在半钢子午线轮胎带束层胶中以粘合树脂PN759等量替代预分散间苯二酚,并以1.2份促进剂NS替代1.4份促进剂DZ,硫化胶的300%定伸应力略有下降,粘合性能略有提高,成品轮胎的高速和耐久性能均达到国家标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The application of adhesive resin PN759 to replace predispersed resorcinol by equal weight in belt compound of semi-steel radial tire was experimentally investigated. The results showed that, by using adhesive resin PN759 instead of predispersed resorcinol by equal weight, and 1.2 phr accelerator NS instead of 1.4 phr accelerator DZ, the modulus at 300% elongation of vulcanizate decreased slightly, the adhesion property improved, the high speed performance and endurance of the finished tire met the requirements of national standards.
