| The adhesive compound formula for carcass steel cords of TBR was optimized by orthogonal design.The results showed that the optimum formula which provided high initial adhesive force and adhesive force retention after aging was as follows:NR 100，carbon N326 57，adhesion 6.9，cobalt decanoate 0.5，accelerator DZ 1.13，sulfur IS－7020 5.33，antioxidant 4020 2，ZnO 8. |
