中文摘要:
      研究0.25+6+12×0.225HT钢丝帘线在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体中的应用。试验结果表明，0.25+6+ 12×0.225HT钢丝帘线强度高，耐疲劳性能、耐磨性能及抗冲击性能好；以其替代3+9+15×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线用于全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体，可提高成品轮胎耐久性能，同时减小轮胎质量，降低生产成本。
英文摘要:
      The application of 0.25+6+12×0.225HT steel cord in the carcass ply of TBR tire was investigated. The test results showed that， 0.25+6+12×0.225HT steel cord possessed high strength， good antifatigue property， good wear resistance and excellent impact property； the endurance of finished tire was improved， and the tire weight and production cost were reduced by using 0.25+6+12×0.225HT steel cord instead of 3+9+15×0.22+0.15 steel cord in the carcass ply of TBR tire.
