| 研究抗硫化返原剂对胶料性能的影响，通过对比抗硫化返原剂Z500和PK900在各种硫化体系中的作用，寻求提高载重子午线轮胎胶料热稳定性的方法。结果表明，添加抗硫化返原剂胶料硫化特性变化不明显；硫化返原速度，特别是过硫后的硫化返原速度大大降低；硫化胶物理性能及其过硫后保持率提高，生热降低；抗硫化返原剂Z500更适合全钢载重子午线轮胎和工程机械轮胎的硫化条件，而PK900则更适用于高温或长时间过硫化的场合或与其它抗硫化返原剂并用。 |

| The effect of anti-reversion agent on the properties of rubber compound was investigated，and the effectiveness of the anti-reversion agent Z500 and PK900 in various vulcanization systems was comparatively examined，to find methods of improving the thermal stability of TBR tire componnd.The results showed that，by adding anti-reversion agent，the curing behaviour of rubber compound had an unmarked change；the speed of reversion，especially after excessive vulcanization decreased largely；the mechanical properties of vulcanizate and its retention after excessive vulcanization improved，and the heat build up decreased.The anti-reversion agent Z500 was more suitable to the vulcanization condition of TBR and OTR tire，while the anti-reversion agent PK900 was more suitable to the occasion of high temperature or long time vulcanization or to be used together with other anti-reversion agents. |
