      利用激光导热仪测定填充不同用量炭黑N220的胶料在温度范围为25~140 ℃内的比热容。分析发现,胶料的比热容随温度的升高而线性增大,随炭黑用量增大而降低;用最小二乘法拟合出比热容与温度和炭黑用量的试验关系式。计算值与试验值的平均相对误差为3.09%,可以较好地满足工程计算的需要。
英文摘要:
      The thermal capacities of tread compounds with different addition levels of carbon black N220 at 25~140 ℃ were measured with LFA 447 NanoflashTM instrument.The results showed that the specific thermal capacity of tread compound increased as the temperature rose,and decreased as the addition level of carbon black increased;and a correlation formula was fitted for specific thermal capa-city with temperature and carbon black loading by least square method.The average relative error between calculated value and test result was 3.09%,which could meet the requirements of engineering calculation.
