| 通过并用NR并加入适量陶土,对全钢载重子午线轮胎气密层胶配方进行改进。结果表明,改进后的气密层胶透气系数有所增大,但能够满足有内胎轮胎气密层的要求;采用改进配方的轮胎耐久性能和高速性能与改进前的轮胎相当;采用改进配方生产轮胎,可减小BIIR用量,大幅度降低生产成本。 |

| The BIIR-based formula of inner-liner in TBR tire was modified by blending NR and adding proper level of clay. The results showed that the permeability of modified inner-liner to air increased somewhat,but still could meet the requirement of inner-liner in tube-tire;the endurance and speed performance of tire with modified formula were similar to those of predecessor;and the consumption of BIIR per tire reduced and the production cost decreased significantly by using the modified formula in the production of TBR tire. |
