| 研究以5×0.35HI钢丝帘线替代传统3×4×0.22HE钢丝帘线在11.00R20全钢载重子午线轮胎带束保护层中的应用。结果表明，与采用3×4×0.22HE钢丝帘线的轮胎相比，采用5×0.35HI钢丝帘线的轮胎压穿强度明显增大，高速性能提高，但耐久性能稍差；采用5×0.35HI钢丝帘线可以减小轮胎质量，降低生产成本。 |

| The application of 5×0.35HI steel cord in belt guard ply of 11.00R20 TBR tire instead of 3×4×0.22HE steel cord was investigated.The results showed that compared to the tire with 3×4×0.22HE steel cord，the tire with 5×0.35HI steel cord possessed much higher plunger energy and better high speed performance，but somewhat poorer endurance；and the tire weight and production cost reduced by using 5×0.35HI steel cord. |
