Based on the non-linear analysis technology of ANSYS software and the principle of re-lative movement,a 3D FE model of contact-sliding 60 series R15 radial tire with toe-in and camber was built,and the contact-sliding inflated tire was simulated with the FE model using the Pilot node to control the stiff object surface;and a foundation was built to simulate the tire performance and optimize the structure design by analyzing the footprint distribution of contact-sliding tire under different friction forces,and the deflection and stress distribution in whole tire. |
