| The structure design of a 12.00-20 18PR mine tire is described.The greater values of structure parameters are taken in this design to improve the wear,cut and puncture resistances of tire.The details of design are as follows:octagonal tread patterns with 19 mm depth;three-formula and four-piece extruded tread;four-wide ply breaker;three-wire bead structure;1400dtex/2V2 nylon 66 cord flipper and 1400dtex/1×1400dtex/1 nylon 66 canvas chafer.The inflated overall diameter and endurance of finished tire are in accordance with the requirements of the design and the relevant national standard. |
