| 研究普利散PL-80在载重斜交轮胎胎面胶中的应用效果。用普利散PL-80等量替代常用分散剂，可降低胶料的门尼粘度，提高胶料的加工工艺性能，但不影响硫化胶的物理性能；挤出胎面表面光亮、密实、气泡少；轮胎成品性能达到使用要求；可降低分散剂成本约25%。 |

| The application of rubber processing aid Pulisan PL-80 to tread compound of bias truck tire was investigated.The results showed that the Mooney viscosity of compound decreased and the processibility improved by using Pulisan PL-80 in equal weight instead of common dispersing agent without decreasing the physical properties of vulcanizate;the extruded tread featured bright surface,compact profile and less blisters;the performance of finished tire met the needs in service;the cost of dispersing agent reduced by 25%. |
