| 研究加工助剂ZK-2在载重斜交轮胎胎冠胶和肩垫胶配方中的应用效果。加入ＺＤ-２，可减小胶料的门尼粘度，延长门尼焦烧时间，提高硫化胶的拉伸强度、300%定伸应力、撕裂强度及耐磨性能，降低密炼机生产能耗和胶料的生热，提高轮胎成品的耐久性能和速度性能。 |

| The application of processing aid ZD-2 in the crown and shoulder pad compounds was investigated.The results showed that the Mooney viscosity of compounds decreased，the Mooney scorch time extended，the tensile strength，modulus at 300%，tear strength and wear resistance of vulcanizates increased，the energy consumption of internal mixer and the heat build-up of compounds lowered and the endurance and speed performance of finished tire improved by adding ZD-2. |
