      分析了影响挤出胎面膨胀因数的因素并提出相应的控制措施。影响挤出膨胀因数的主要因素为口型样板截面θ角、口型圆角、排胶孔直径、挤出机各段温度、挤出速度和螺杆转向。相应的措施为口型θ角统一为25°;口型圆角半径一般取5 mm,对于出胶量大的规格增大至8~10 mm;排胶孔直径一般取6~8 mm;挤出机螺杆转速应基本稳定。
英文摘要:
      The effective factors on the swell coefficient of extruded tread are analysed and their control measures are proposed.The main effective factors on the swell coefficient of extruded tread are as follows:angle θ on cross-section of die plate,round angle of die;overflow orifice,temperatures in different zones of extruder,extruding speed and turn direction of screw.The following control measures are taken to obtain the proper swell coefficient of extruded tread:angle θ,25°;radius of round angle of die,5~10 mm;diameter of overflow orifice,6~8 mm;and generally constant speed of extruder screw.
