| 对预缩合间苯二酚给予体RF-90树脂在间-甲、间-甲-白和间-甲-白-钴粘合体系中替代间苯二酚进行了对比试验。结果表明,在3个体系中用RF-90树脂替代间苯二酚可以延长胶料焦烧时间,明显改善胶料的耐老化性能,提高老化前后胶料与钢丝帘线的粘合力,但同时降低了胶料的硫化速度。 |

| A comparative test was made by using precondensed resorcinol donor RF-90 resin instead of resorcinol in the resorcinol-formaldehyde,resorcinol-formaldehyde-silica,and resorcinol-formaldehyde-silica-cobalt salt adhesion systems respectively.The results showed that the scorch time extended,the aging properties improved significantly,the adhesion strength between rubber and steel cord increased,and the vulcanization delayed by using RF-90 resin instead of resorcinol resin in 3 adhesion systems. |
