      研究了活性氧化锌在轮胎胎面胶中的应用。试验结果表明,用2.5份活性氧化锌替代4份间接法氧化锌,胶料的焦烧时间延长,硫化速度下降;硫化胶的拉伸强度、邵尔A型硬度、撕裂强度及耐磨性有所提高,其它性能也满足胎面胶的性能要求;试验轮胎的耐久性能达到105 h,速度性能达到130 km·h-1×12.25 h,较原生产轮胎有所提高。
英文摘要:
      The application of the active ZnO to the tread compound was investigated.The test results showed that the scorch time extended and the curing rate decreased by using 2.5 phr of active ZnO instead of 4 phr of (indirect methed) ZnO;the tensile strength,hardness (Shore A),tear strength and abrasion resistance of vulcanizate increased and other properties met the requirements for tread compound;and the endurance life of test tire reached 105 h,and its speed performance reached 130 km·h-1×12.25 h,and both were better than those of the original tire.
