| The material，processing technology and physical properties of high tensile steel cord are described.The high tensile steel wire should be drawn in multi-stages with smaller part compression ratio at each stage.The total compression ratio of filament is about 95.5%～97.5% and the part compression ratio at each drawing stage is 12%～14%.The lead quenching process should be cont rolled to prevent the codialyzed cement carbon.The properties of high tensile steel cord are compared to those of the conventional steel cord. |
