| 对1400dtex/2锦纶6加密帘布在轻型载重轮胎中的应用进行了研究。结果表明，轻型载重轮胎的胎体骨架材料采用1400dtex/2锦纶6加密帘布替代1870dtex/2锦纶6帘布，通过适当调整轮胎结构和工艺条件，可使其充气外缘尺寸稳定、速度和耐久性能明显提高、每条轮胎的原材料成本降低2.24～3.22元。 |

| The replacement of 1870dtex/2 nylon 6 cord by high count 1400dtex/2 nylon 6 cord in light truck tire was investigated. The result showed that the light truck tire made with high count 1400dtex/2 nylon 6 cord featured stable inflated overall dimensions and improved speed and endurance properties；and the cost of each tire reduced by 2.24～3.22 RMB yuan. |
