| 对低纤型1790dtex/2锦纶66浸渍帘布替代1870dtex/2锦纶66浸渍帘布在轮胎中的应用进行了研究。结果表明，采用低纤型1790dtex/2锦纶66浸渍帘布生产的10.00-20 16PR 轮胎的静负荷性能、压穿强度均符合国家标准，耐久性能达到国家A级产品水平，每条轮胎可降低成本116元。 |

| The replacement of the dipped 1870dtex/2 nylon 66 cord by the low linear density 1790dtex/2 nylon 66 cord in bias truck tire was investigated. The results showed that the static load capacity and plunger energy of 10.00-20 16PR tire made with the low linear density 1790dtex/2 nylon 66 cord met with the requirements in relevant national standards，and its endurance reached the level of national A grade for tire product；and the cost of each tire reduced by 1.6 RMB yuan. |
