| The main functions of MLJ-300 intelligent micro-computer control system of internal mixer are described as follows：a) primarily analyze and judge the advantages and disadvantages of established mixing technology based on the power curve during mixing process；b) semi-automatically or automatically optimize the mixing process；c) give the predicted Mooney viscosity and dispersity of mix at the end of every mixing process and then achieve the control to meet all quality criteria.The opening of MLJ-300 to control object and the vague set-up of control process are beneficial to the easy operation of user and the improvement of automation level and mixing efficiency. |
