| The main functions of MLJ-300 intelligent micro-computer control system of internal mixer are described as follows:a) primarily analyze and judge the advantages and disadvantages of established mixing technology based on the power curve during mixing process;b) semi-automatically or automatically optimize the mixing process;c) give the predicted Mooney viscosity and dispersity of mix at the end of every mixing process and then achieve the control to meet all quality criteria.The opening of MLJ-300 to control object and the vague set-up of control process are beneficial to the easy operation of user and the improvement of automation level and mixing efficiency. |
