| 研究了生胶及防老剂对轮胎胎侧耐老化龟裂性能和外观的影响。结果表明,胎侧胶料选用并用比为50/40/10的NR/BR/SBR并用体系且掺用5份再生胶、化学防老剂的用量不大于4份;物理防老剂的用量不大于1.5 份、紫外线吸收剂的用量为5~10份,则可以获得较理想的耐老化龟裂性能和外观质量。 |

| The effect of raw rubbers and anti-degradants on the cracking property and appearance of black sidewall was investigated.The results showed that the better cracking property and appearance of black sidewall were obtained when NR/BR/SBR(50/40/10)blend with 5 phr of reclaim rubber,less than 4 phr of chemical anti-degradant,less than 1.5 phr of physical anti-degradant and 5~10 phr of ultraviolet ray absorber were used. |
