      开发了一种测量在径向力、切向力和侧向力作用下轮胎胎面花纹块变形量和胎体变形量等参数的试验系统。该系统可以在不同条件下进行如下参数的测量:轮胎胎面花纹块变形量、胎体变形量、轮胎的接地印迹、轮胎下沉量及滚动半径、轮胎与路面的摩擦因数、轮胎径向刚度、侧向刚度和切向及扭转刚度等。该系统为汽车的动态仿真提供更接近实际的轮胎模型及参数数据;可以验证轮胎有限元计算结果的精度和误差;为轮胎的振动与噪声仿真计算与分析提供了理论依据。重要的是可以通过该系统研究轮胎结构参数与轮胎各种性能的关系,以缩短新产品的开发周期。
英文摘要:
      A system for measuring various parameters,such as distortion of tire tread block and carcass under radial,tangential and lateral stresses has been developed.The system can be used to measure the following parameters under different conditions:distortion of tread block and carcass,footprint,deflection and rolling radius of tire,friction factor between tire and road,and radial stiffness,lateral stiffness,tangential stiffness and torsion stiffness of tire.The system can provide more realastic tire model and parameters for dynamic simulation of automobile,and check the precision and error in tire calculation with FEM;and provide theoretic basis for calculation and analysis in tire vibration and noise simulation.It is important that the system can be used to study the relationship between the structure parameters and the performance of tire to reduce the devolopment period of new product.
