采用以溶聚丁苯橡胶(S-SBR)为主的配合体系进行高速轿车子午线轮胎胎冠胶的配方研究。结果表明,S-SBR胶料的硬度、定伸应力和撕裂强度较高,扯断伸长率也可保持一定水平,胶料的温升、滚动阻力和动态变形较小,抗湿滑性较好,磨耗性能可保持在较高的水平;成品轮胎的高速性能和耐久性能良好,行驶温度较低。 |

The crown compound of speed radial car tire based on S-SBR was investigated. The results showed that the crown compound with the higher hardness,modulus,tear strength and abrasion resistance,the acceptable elongation at break,and the lower heat build-up,rolling resistance and dynamic deformation were obtained by using S-SBR;and the finished tire gave better speed performance and endurance,and lower operating temperature. |
