| 通过红外光谱测试、橡胶加工分析仪分析及大配合混炼工艺试验和硫化胶物理性能检测，对国产与进口低顺式BR进行了性能对比。结果表明，国产与进口低顺式BR的微观结构基本相同，国产低顺式BR硫化胶的拉伸强度和定伸应力略高于进口产品，其它物理性能及工艺性能与进口产品接近，可以替代进口产品用于子午线轮胎的生产。 |

| The comparison of properties between the domestic and imported low cis-BRs was made through the infra-red spectroscopic analysis ,the rubber processibility analyser analysis,the workshop mixing experiment and the test of physical properties for vulcanizate. The results showed that the micro-structure of the domestic low cisBR was similar to that of the imported one;the processibility and physical properties of the domestic low cisBR were also similar to those of the imported one except that the tensile strength and modulus of the former s vulcanizate were somewhat higher than those of the latter s vulcanizate;and the domestic low cisBR could replace the imported one in radial tire production. |
