      介绍了NR抗硫化返原的主要措施和机理,并在NR传统硫化体系的基础上,比较了4种典型的抗硫化返原助剂(芳香酸锌皂Structol AKT73、二烷基多硫代磷酸醋SDT/G,Duralink HTS和Perkalink 900)的用量和在不同硫化温度下硫化对NR胶料硫化和抗返原性能的影响。在相同用量情况下,Perkalink 900的抗硫化返原能力最强。
英文摘要:
      The mechanism and major measures of reversion resistance for NR compound are described. The effects of four typical anti-recovery agents(Structol A KT73,SDT/ G,Duralink HTS and Perkalink 900) at different addition levels and curing temperatures based on the conventional curing system on the curing behaviour and reversion resistance of NR are investigated through the comparative test. It is found that Perkalink 900 gives the best reversion resistance at the same addition level.
