      研究了辛基酚醛树脂、叔丁基酚醛树脂、TKMM和Koresin等增粘树脂对全钢载重子午线轮胎胶料的增粘效果、硫化特性、工艺性能及硫化胶物理性能的影响。试验结果表明,加入增粘树脂后可明显提高胶料的粘性及粘性保持率,同时胶料的门尼粘度降低,硫化速度加快,硫化胶的300%定伸应力下降,扯断伸长率和扯断永久变形增大。TKM-M树脂和Koresin树脂的综合性能最佳。
英文摘要:
      The effects of octyl phenolic resin,tert-butyl phenolic resin,TKM-M and Koresin on the tackness,curing behaviour and processibility of all-steel radial truck tire compound and the physical properties of its vulcanizate were investigated. The test results showed that the tackness and tackness retention of tire compound improved,the Mooney viscosity decreased and the curing rate increased,the modulus at 300% elongation of vulcanizate decrease ,the elongation at break and the tensile set at break increased by adding the tackifying resins.The optimum comprehensive properties were obtained by using TKM-M and Koresin.
