      针对实际中发现的反包高时发生横向裂口、反包低时发生沿胎体帘布层内侧脱层这一问题,利用有限元分析了反包低时与胎体反包端点相连的上三角胶的剪切应力τ12τ13,反包高时胎体帘布端点相连的3个单元的正应力σ11。应力分析结果与实际胎圈部分发生破坏的模式基本一致。
英文摘要:
      Aiming at the lateral crack with larger turn-up height and the seperation along the inner side of carcass ply with smaller turn-up height,the shear stresses τ12 and τ13 on the upper filler strip connecting to turn-up end with smaller turn-up height and the positive stress σ11 on the three elements over and connecting to turn-up end with larger turn-up height were analysed by FEA. The results of stress analysis were in accordance with the failure mode of bead area in practical service.
