      介绍了轮胎胎面挤出联动机组切割控制系统的硬件组成及软件设计。该控制系统的PLC采用西门子公司的CPU214,选用美国Digital公司的GP270L工业触摸显示屏作为PLC上位通讯,切割输送带电机采用变频调速。系统软件分为胎面定长切割、切割过程、输送带速度检测和触摸屏组态4个部分。该控制系统自动化程度高,维修量小,可靠性高,切割精度为±2 mm,达到工艺技术指标及生产要求。
英文摘要:
      The hardware and software design of the cutting control system for tire tread extrusion line is introduced. CPU214 made by Siemens is used as PLC of the system,CP270L industrial touch screen made by Digital Company is used for upstage communication of PLC,and a variable speed motor is used for driving the cutting conveyor belt. The software package consists of four parts:tread cut-to-length,cutting process,conveyor belt speed detection and touch screen combination mode.The control system features high automation,reliability and precision as well as less maintenance.
