| 以295/75R22.5轮胎与275/80R22.5轮胎和10R22.5轮胎与9.00R20轮胎为例，说明外直径相近的轮胎共用活络模花纹块和模壳的条件。当充气外直径D与被套用活络模的外直径Dm满足0.995 0Dm<D<1.010 1Dm时，可以考虑进行活络模的套用。套用已有活络模，一般可节约模具加工费用的2/3，并缩短2/3模具加工周期。 |

| The using conditions of the common tread patterns’ block and shell for the tires with similar overall diameter are described giving 295/75R22.5 to 275/80R22.5 and 10R22.5 to 9.00R20 as examples. The indiscriminate application of segmented mold can be considered as the over-all diameter of inflated tire D and the overall diameter of indiscriminately applied mold Dm meet 0.995 0Dm<D<1.010 1Dm. The mold processing cost of indiscriminately applied mold is reduced by two thirds and it s processing cycle is also reduced by two thirds. |
