| 将计算机辅助设计(CAD)技术应用于轮胎结构设计,在AutoCAD 1410环境下,利用AutoL ISP语言开发可运行于中文Windows 95环境下的求算多配方胎面胶体积的应用程序,其求算过程为:实心胎面胶体积求算——与实际施工相结合反求半成品形状——绘制复合胎面胶各部分形状——求胎面胶各部分体积和质量。采用旋转体积逼近法计算成品胎面胶体积和质量,设计精度高,实际应用效果良好。 |

| The CAD technology is applied to the tire st ructure design. An applied program for calculating the volume of myltiple2ext ruded t read under Windows 95 in Chinese has been developed by using AutoL ISP under Auto CAD 14. 0. The calculating process is as follows :calculating the volume of solid tread——calculating adversely the shape of semi-finished product combining with the practical const ruction——drawing the shapes of various multiple2ext ruded tread parts——calculating the volumes and weight s of various tread parts. The precise design and good result in service are obtained by using rotating volume approximation for calculating the volume and weight of finished t read. |
