| 国产LC2024斜交轮胎胶囊反包成型机主要由主机箱、正反包装置、左侧机组、帘布筒扩张器、后压辊、下压辊和电气控制部分组成,可成型胎圈直径为508～610 mm的斜交载重、工业车辆和农业轮胎,成型鼓转速为20～240 r·min-1 。工艺操作从进入正反包装置起,自动进行正包、扣圈和反包作业,全自动操作时间约为60 s。 |

| LC2024 bladder turn-up bias tire building machine consist s of main machine box ,turn-down device ,turn-up device ,left machine assembly ,band expander ,back stitcher ,bottom stitcher and electric control device. It is suitable for building bias t ruck tires,indust rial tires and agricultural tires with the bead diameter f rom 508 mm to 610 mm at the drum speed of 20～240 r·min-1.The turn-down ,bead locating and turn-up operations are carried out automatically in 60 s. |
