| 对含硅烷偶联剂的白炭黑填充胎面胶料进行了小配合和大配合试验。大配合试验结果表明，胶料各项性能均达到全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶的技术指标。按大配合试验胶料配方和工艺条件试制了一批9100R20 轮胎，成品轮胎参加实际里程试验，平均单耗接近117 万km·mm-1 ，且胎面磨损光滑，无崩花掉块现象。 |

| The laboratory and production compounding test son silane coupling agent-containing silica-filled t read compound were carried out . The results of the production compoundingmtest showed that the properties of the test compound were in accordance with the specification of
all-steel radial truck tire t read. A batch of 9100R20 tires were made in pilot production by using the formula and processing technology for the production test compound. The unit wear of the finished tire reacked 17 000 km·mm-1 in the road test ， and the tire was worn with an even and smooth surface without chipping2chunking. |
