| The design features and main technical parameters of the radial tire building machine produced by U. S. Automation Company and Yiyang Huameijia Company are deseribed.The integrally weld base is used in the design to ensure the integral stiffness of machine ；all moving part s are mounted on the same st raight guide of base to eliminate any reference error during the motion ；the axle deflection is reduced due to the unique axle system. In addition ，the performance/ price ratio of the building machine is improved by using the modular design |
