| 介绍了自行研制的JR5002A和JR7302B 型二次法子午线轮胎成型机两种机型的主要性能和技术参数。这两种机型均采用可编程微处理机及低压电器控制回路控制处理运行检测点、交流变频调速器、小型无油集装阀及真空、压力调换系统，具有网络故障诊断显示系统;气路控制中增设了双稳压充气系统，整机效率和产品质量明显提高。采用此机批量生产的145R12C 等系列子午线轮胎合格率达9918 %。使用证明，该套子午线轮胎成型设备的研制达到了国外同类型设备的技术水平，满足了轮胎生产企业在高性能子午线轮胎成型设备方面的要求。而且与进口设备比，每台可节省300 万元人民币。 |

| J R5002A and J R7302B two-step radial building machines have been developed and their specifications are described. The two machines feature a program2cont rolled computer and a low voltage elect ric cont rol circuit for cont roling the detective points in operation ， a alternative
frequency-convertible speed cont roller ， a small oil2f ree assembly valve ， a vacuum-pressure converter ，a diagnostic and displaying system of failure in network and a double stabile pressure inflating system for pneumatic coit rol. The quality radial tires can be produced with these two machines. |
