      采用现生产配方并稍作调整,研究在汽车轮胎胎面胶中应用40目活化胶粉、胎侧和胎体帘布胶中应用40和60目活化胶粉对胶料性能的影响。结果表明,汽车轮胎胎面、胎侧和胎体帘布胶中少量(5~10份)应用40和60目活化胶粉,胶料抗屈挠龟裂、生热、耐磨性及胶线粘合强度等综合性能有所改善或提高,强伸性能有所下降,工艺性能较好;成品胎(9.00-20)耐久性能达到国家A级品标准,行驶里程较高,高速性能试验(11.00-20)通过100 km·h-l,试验后各部件粘合强度也较高。过量或不适当地使用活化胶粉,会导致胶料物理性能的大幅度下降和工艺性能的劣化,并且导致轮胎胎面耐刺扎性能的降低。
英文摘要:
      The influence of the addition of 40 mesh activated rubber crumb to the tread compound and 40 or 60 mesh activated rubber crumb to the sidewall and carcassply compounds on the properties of the compounds was investigated on the basis of the existing production formula.The results showed that when 5~10 phr of 40 or 60 mesh activated rubber crumb was added to the tread,sidewall and carcass ply compounds,the flexibility,heat build-up,wear resistance,adhe sion to cord and proce ssibility of the compounds imp roved,but the tensile strength decreased;the endurance life of the 9.00-20 finished tire met the national requirements for A grade of tire,the 11.00-20 tire passed the high speed test at 100 km·h-1,and the better adhesion between different parts of tire was retained after the test. When the too high level of activated rubber crumb was added,the physical properties and processibility of the compound would decrease significantly resulting in the low puncture resistance of tire tread.
