      子午线轮胎的平衡轮廓与模型轮廓是不同的,平衡轮廓设计的成功依赖于模型设计,而模型设计应开始于受约束充气平衡轮廓设计计算完成之后。模型轮廓与平衡轮廓有关的几个量是:模型外直径Dm、模型胎体帘线长度Lm和模型断面宽Bm。模型胎体帘布轮廓形状设计遵循的基本原则为:①向平衡轮廓靠拢;②大变形集中于胎侧;③模拟负荷下形状。
英文摘要:
      The equilibrium contour of radial tire is different from the mould contour.The success of the equilibrium contour design depends on the mould design,which should begin after the calculation of the restrained pneumatic equilibrium contour.The parameters relative to the mould contour and the equilibrium contour are as follows:the outer mould diameter Dm,the carcass ply cord length in mould Lm,and the mould sectional width Bm.The basic principles in the design of the carcass ply contour in mould are:1)to close the equilibrium contour;2)to concentrate the large deformation in the sidewalls;and 3)to simulate the shape under load.
