| The causes of cord exposure at crown groove，crown centre，shoulders，beads and inner surface are analysed. Their precautions in structure design ，processing technology and equipment are proposed：the different extruder die of tread should be used for the tire of same size with different tread patterns；the contour at shoulders and the gauge of inner liner should be reasonably designed；the operation requirements in various stages，such as calendering，extruding，building，shaping and curing，should be strictly carried out；the operating conditions of curing press should be regularly checked，the worn and aged parts should be replaced in time. |
