| 对塑解剂SJ-103在NR塑炼中的应用进行了试验。结果表明，使用塑解剂SJ-103能显著地缩短塑炼时间，提高生产效率，除胶料的焦烧时间缩短和帘布胶的H抽出力降低外，对胶料的其它性能无不良影响，而且能减少硫黄喷霜，改善混炼胶的自粘性和流动性。 |

| A study was made on the application of peptizer SJ-103 to NR compound.The test results showed that the mastication time reduced significantly and the productivity increased by adding peptizer SJ-103 without adverse effect on the physical properties of the compound except for the shorter scorch time and the lower}}pullout force of cord compound.In addition，the sulfur blooming decreased ， the self-tackness and the flow properties of compound improved. |
