| The common quality problems of all-steel radial truck tire in X-ray test and their precautions are described.The precautions include:carry out the rules of operation closely to ensure the calendered cord density and the cutting angle of the belt and carcass plies in accordance with the specifications;keep the stock and the ply fresh,set the equipment and the other process factors,e.g.air pressure,in good conditions to eliminate the quality problems,such as uneven or no step-off and loose or bending cord in the belt,and splice separation,as well as split,bending or cross cord in the carcass. |
