      PDEP-S设计理论是在PDEP设计理论的基础上发展、完善而成的。用PDEP-S设计理论可使轮胎设计进一步优化,从而改善轮胎的使用性能。PDEP-S与PDEP设计理论的区别是:它在轮廓设计中把轮胎的预应力和动平衡轮廓两者有机地结合起来,深入地研究了轮胎的带束层、胎体和胎圈的压力分担率,在使其各部件充分发挥其作用的条件下,优化设计出最佳轮廓并使其使用性能提高。
英文摘要:
      The PDEP-S design concept is developed on the basis of the PDEP design concept.The tire design is optimized further and the tire performance is improved with PDEP-S.PDEP-S is different from PDEP in that the prestress of tire is combined with the dynamically equilibrium contour by using the PDEP-S design concept,and the pressure shares in belt,carcass and bead area are adequately considered to make them work perfectly resulting in optimized contour and improved performance.
