| A compromise between the wear resistance.cut resistance and puncture resistance of the tread and the heat durability and heat dissipation of the tread must be made in the tread pattern design of the giant OTR tyre. The nylon cord is used as the reinforcement in carcass. The cords of different bands are cut at different angles to prevent the turn-up ply of the outer layer inthe lower sidewall from bending locally. The diameter of giant tubeless OTR tyre at rim seat should be smaller than the diameter of the rim and the usual interference is 4-8 mm. More than 3 bead rings with different diameters are used in the bead area. CIIR or BIIR is used in the inner liner.Both the green tyre and finished tyre should be pricked. |
