研究硅烷改性液体聚丁二烯橡胶Polyvest EP ST-E 60(简称ST-E 60)在白炭黑填充胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:采用ST-E 60等量替代环烷油,胶料的门尼粘度减小,门尼焦烧时间延长,FL和Fmax 减小,t90缩短,Payne效应减弱,白炭黑的分散性改善;硫化胶的耐磨性能提高,回弹值增大,动态生热降低;在胎面胶配方体系中白炭黑用量越大,ST-E 60对胶料性能的改善效果越明显。 |

The apread compound was studied.The results showed that using ST-E 60 in equal amounts to replace cyclohexane oil,the Mooney viscosity of the compound decreased,Mooney scorch time was prolonged,theFLandFmax were decreased,the t90plication of silane modified liquid polybutadiene rubber Polyvest EP ST-E60(referred to as ST-E60) in the silica filled t was shortened,the Payne effect was weakened,and the dispersibility of silica improved.The wear resistance of the vulcanizate improved,the rebound value increased,and the dynamic heat build-up decreased.The larger the amount of silica used in the tread compound formulation system,the more significant the improvement effect of ST-E60 on the properties of the compound. |
