      针对11.00R20载重子午线轮胎在混合路面重载工况下出现的肩空问题建立系统分析模型,通过优化施工设计和调整材料分布来改进轮胎结构。通过模型、有限元分析、室内试验及实际使用来验证改进方向的有效性,即采取减小胎面胶厚度、胎肩垫胶厚度和胎侧厚度,优化三角胶过渡,胎体选用3+9+15×0.225ST钢丝帘线,胎圈部位调整为1层锦纶加强层设计等措施,使轮胎胎圈耐久性能显著提高,轮胎肩空有效解决;提出轮胎在结构改进过程中需建立系统性思维,针对失效部位改进的同时进行系统性调整,这对材料的使用寿命和最大化利用具有正向影响。
英文摘要:
      A systematic analysis model for the shoulder cracking problem of 11.00R20 truck and bus radial tire used in mixed pavement and heavy-loading working conditionsin was established,and the structure of tire was improved by optimizing construction design and adjusting material distribution.The effectiveness of the improvement direction was verified through model analysis,finite element analysis,indoor test,and practical use,that is,reducing the thicknesses of tread compound,shoulder pad compound and sidewall compound,optimizing the transition of triangular compound,and selecting 3+9+15×0.225ST steel cord for carcass and adjusting to a one layer nylon reinforcement layer design for bead area could increase the durability of the tire bead significantly,so that the shoulder cracking problem was effectively resolved.It was proposed that systematic thinking should be established in the improvement process of tire structure,and failed parts were improved while systematic adjustments,this had a positive impact on the material’s service life and maximum utilization.
