中文摘要:
      对炭黑中18种多环芳烃(PAHs)含量测定的国家标准方法进行验证,同时提出改进方法。结果表明:甲苯基本可以提取到炭黑中相对分子质量较小的10种PAHs,测定结果准确,但炭黑对相对分子质量较大的PAHs存在吸附作用,导致甲苯无法对其完全提取,同时炭黑对内标物3产生一定的吸附,造成内标物溶液PAHs质量浓度减小,采用内标物溶液在样品制备完成后加入的方式可提高测定准确性;相同生产线的同种炭黑的甲苯抽出物透光率越大,炭黑中的PAHs含量越小,不同炭黑的甲苯抽出物透光率与其PAHs含量没有相关性。
英文摘要:
      The national standard method for the determination of 18 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) in carbon black was verified and the improved method was proposed.The results showed that,toluene could basically extracted 10 kinds of PAHs with small molecular weight in carbon black,and the determination results were accurate.However,the adsorption effect of carbon black on PAHs with large molecular weight resulted in that toluene could not completely extract PAHs.At the same time,carbon black had a certain adsorption on internal standard 3,resulting in a decrease in the mass concentration of PAHs in internal standard solution.The accuracy of determination could be improved by adding internal standard solution after sample preparation.The higher the transmittance of toluene extract from the same kind carbon black produced by the same production line was,the smaller the content of PAHs in carbon black was.The transmittance of toluene extract from carbon black had no correlation with the content of PAHs in different kind carbon black.
