| 研究钕系顺丁橡胶（BR）在缺气保用轮胎支撑胶中的应用。结果表明：在缺气保用轮胎支撑胶配方中使用钕系BR等量替代30份的天然橡胶，胶料的加工性能和加工安全性提高，硫化胶的硬度降低，拉伸强度、抗撕强度和回弹值提高，压缩疲劳温升大幅降低；成品轮胎的强度性能、耐久性能、高速性能和零气压性能均提高，且均满足相应国家标准和企业标准要求。 |

| The application of neodymium butadiene rubber（BR） in support compound of run-flat tire was studied.The results showed that，using neodymium BR to replace 30 phr natural rubber equivalently in the formula of support compound of run-flat tire，the processability and processing safety of the compound were improved，the hardness of the vulcanizate was reduced，the tensile strength，tear strength and rebound value were increased，the compression fatigue temperature rise was greatly reduced.The strength performance，durability，high speed performance and zero inflation pressure performance of the finished tire were all improved and met the requirements of corresponding national and enterprise standards. |
